Nach der Mindestmietzeit von 6 Monaten beträgt die Kündigungsfrist einen Monat. Es ist keine schriftliche Kündigung notwendig. Die Rückgabe des Mietinstrument ist entscheidend. Für die vertraglich festgesetzte Mindestmietzeit ist der Mietzins auch dann zu entrichten, wenn das Instrument aus irgendwelchen Gründen früher zurückkommt.

Die Mietobjekte sind sorgfältig und sachgemäss zu behandeln. Allfällig notwendige Reparaturen dürfen nur durch den Vermieter ausgeführt werden, Unterhalts Arbeiten die auf normale Abnützung zurückzuführen sind, werden vom Vermieter auf eigene Kosten ausgeführt. Alle anderen Reparaturen und Ersatz von Saiten gehen zu Lasten des Mieters. Der Mieter ist verpflichtet, bei jeder Beschädigung der Mietobjekte dies sofort dem Vermieter zu melden.

Der Mieter ist verpflichtet den Mietgegenstand auf seine Kosten versichern zu lassen. Der Mieter haftet für die aus der Verletzung der Versicherungspflicht entstehenden Schäden im Vertragswert.

Der Mieter verpflichtet sich, einen allfälligen Wechsel seines Wohnortes mindestens 10 Tage vorher dem Vermieter schriftlich mitzuteilen. Weiter ist der Vermieter von einer drohenden oder schon erfolgten Pfändung, Retention etc. sofort zu benachrichtigen. Bei einer solchen hat der Mieter den Beamten von dem Eigentum der Vermieter Mitteilung zu machen. Der Mieter ist verantwortlich und haftbar für alle Schäden, der dem Vermieter durch Unterlassung dieser Anzeige entsteht.

Der Mieter darf das Instrument weder veräussern, noch verpfänden, noch belehnen lassen, oder sonst wie rechtlich darüber verfügen.

Wenn der Mieter gegen die Bestimmungen dieses Vertrages verstösst, ist der Vermieter berechtigt, diesen Vertrag sofort ohne weiteres aufzulösen, das Instrument ohne gerichtlichen Entscheid abzuholen und allfälligen Schadenersatz zu verlangen. Eine Betreibung durch uns stellt eine Kündigung des Mietvertrages dar, durch Zahlung der geforderten Summe wird diese Kündigung hinfällig.

Bei solchen Vertragsverstössen wird dem Vermieter oder deren Bevollmächtigten ausdrücklich die Befugnis zugestanden, die Mietobjekte nach entsprechender Voranmeldung jederzeit zu besichtigen oder in der Wohnung des Mieters abzuholen.

Einigen sich die beiden Parteien auf den Kauf eines Streichinstrumentes, so wird die bezahlte Miete von

maximal 12 Monaten, als bereits erhaltene Anzahlung angerechnet. 

CONTRACT TERMS

After the minimum rental period of 6 months, the notice period is one month. No written notice is necessary. The return of the rental instrument is crucial. For the minimum lease period specified in the contract, the rental interest shall be payable even if, for any reason, the instrument is coming back earlier

The rental properties must be handled carefully and appropriately. Any necessary repairs may only be carried out by the landlord, maintenance work due to normal wear and tear is carried out by the landlord at his own expense. All other repairs and replacement of strings are at the expense of the tenant. The tenant is obliged to immediately notify the landlord of any damage to the rented objects.

The tenant is obliged to insure the rented object at his own expense. The lessee is liable for the damages resulting from the breach of the insurance obligation in the contract value.

The tenant undertakes to notify the landlord in writing of any change of residence at least 10 days in advance. Furthermore, the landlord is to be immediately notified of an impending or already effected attachment, retention etc. In such a case, the tenant has to inform the officials of the property of the landlord. The tenant is responsible and liable for all damages that the landlord incurs by omission of this advertisement.

The Lessee may not sell, pledge, pledge or otherwise dispose of the Instrument.

If the lessee violates the provisions of this contract, the lessor is entitled to immediately terminate this contract without further ado, to collect the instrument without a court order and to claim any damages. Execution by us constitutes a termination of the rental contract; upon payment of the required sum, this termination becomes void.

In the event of such breaches of contract, the landlord or his agents are expressly granted the right to inspect the rented properties at any time after prior notice or to pick them up at the tenant's apartment.

If the two parties agree on the purchase of a stringed instrument, the rent paid shall be equal to:

maximum 12 months, as a deposit already received.
